Building Developer Presentation Guidelines
Our Land Use and Economic Development (LUED) committee regularly reviews developer applications. To help streamline the process, we've created the form below to submit basic project information prior to a LUED meeting.
We generally ask that applicants conduct outreach to the stakeholders within 500' (minimum) of the project before meeting with the LUED committee. Usually this consists of mailing a description of the project, developer contact/feedback information, and meeting details of their LUED hearing. We also often ask that the applicant post a four foot by four foot sign on the proposed property, describing the project and providing a contact phone and email address.
If you have questions, please contact us at landusechair@soronc.org.
