Temporary Street Closure Construction on Venice Boulevard between Ellis Avenue and Ivy Street

Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Company is notifying all neighbors within a 1000ft
radius of the proposed construction area that the contractor will be implementing a
temporary street closure on Venice Boulevard between Ellis Avenue and Ivy Street.

The contractor will be implementing this temporary street closure for installation of
underground power conduits and electrical vaults for LADWP and a new sewer line.
This work is associated with LADWP Preliminary Construction Plans 23H5058, Bureau
of Engineering Permit No. BOE2025002140, and Sewer Permit No. S2025500674.

The following information applies to this work:

1. Worksite Address: 8888 Venice Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90232

2. Description of proposed work: Implementing temporary street closures for
installation of underground power conduits and electrical vaults for
LADWP and a new sewer line.

3. Proposed Start of construction date: March 23, 2026

4. Proposed completion of construction: May 30, 2026

5. Proposed work hours for each day of construction: Monday through Friday 9:00
AM to 3:30 PM, 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Saturday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 9:00 PM
to 5:00 AM with Council Office Concurrence.
