You can file a report on the phone or in person—or you can use one of the anonymous tip lines: 1-800-222-TIPS (8477)or lacrimestoppers.org

Trash removal, graffiti removal, and other City services

For general non-emergency City services, call 311, use the City's online reporting form, or download the City's MyLA311 smartphone app (available for iPhone and Android).

Parking issues

To report illegal parking in the area surrounding a park, call LA Department of Transportation Parking Enforcement at 213-485-4184 option 2.

Note: while a Parking Officer may issue a citation for any violation, homeowners must show an ID to the Parking Officer before a car blocking a driveway can be towed. Cars illegally parked in a driveway will only be towed if a sign prohibiting illegal parking is displayed on the property.
