Aggravated Assault
June 23, 2024, at approximately 1400 hours, on the 9300 block of Pico Blvd.:
Two suspects pepper sprayed a victim who was attempting to break up a fight at a protest.
June 23, 2024, at approximately 1500 hours, on the 9300 block of Pico Blvd.:
The victim got into a physical confrontation at a protest. The victim was knocked down on to the
ground, where the suspect kicked and punched the victim.
June 29, 2024, at approximately 2050 hours, at Cadillac and Chariton:
The suspect aimed a vehicle at police officers and attempted to run them over. The officers were
able to get out of the way. The suspect fled from the car and was taken into custody shortly
thereafter.


Robbery
June 24, 2024, at approximately 1325 hours, on the 2700 block of Club Dr.:
Three suspects smashed the rear glass door and entered the home. Once inside, the victim
confronted the suspects. The suspects grabbed the victim and held him down. The suspects
ransacked the house and stole US currency and designer handbags.
Burglary - Residential
June 22, 2024, at approximately 2000 hours, on the 3200 block of Earlmar Drive:
Suspects smashed the rear glass door and entered the home. Once inside, the suspects removed
US currency, designer handbags, and other valuables. The suspects fled through the front door.
June 23, 2024, at approximately 1120 hours, on the 3000 block of Castle Heights Ave.:
Suspects entered the home via a dog door. Once inside, the suspects stole a safe containing US
currency and jewelry.
June 24, 2024, at approximately 1630 hours, on the 2600 block of Beverly Dr.:
The suspect entered the home via an unsecured door. Once inside, the suspect removed the
victim’s property and fled the area.

June 25, 2024, at approximately 0015 hours, on the 10300 block of Monte Mar Dr.:
The suspect pried open the side door to the garage. The home is under renovation. Once inside,
the suspect removed $6,000 worth of tools, a laptop, and kitchen appliances.
Burglary – Commercial
June 28, 2024, at approximately 0630 hours, on the 8500 block of Venice Blvd.:
The suspect smashed the front glass door to enter the closed business. Once inside, the suspect
took cookies and beverages.


Grand Theft Automobile
June 23, 2024, at approximately 1157 hours, on the 2300 block of Beverly Dr.:
A 2023 BMW X3 was stolen from the public street. The vehicle was recovered the following day
by Los Angeles Sheriff's Department Century Station.
June 29, 2024, during the nighttime hours, near Bagley and Harlow a 2021 Kia Forte was stolen
from the public street.

1. Lock doors and windows: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked, even while you
are at home.
2. Supervise outdoor play: Always keep an eye on children playing outside, especially near
streets and driveways.
3. Pool safety: If you have a pool, ensure it's fenced, and children are supervised at all times.
4. Fire safety: Keep grills away from structures and supervise any open flames.
5. Hydration: Make sure everyone drinks plenty of water to stay hydrated during hot days.
6. Bike safety: Ensure children wear helmets and understand road safety when riding bikes.
7. Vacation security: Use timers for lights, stop mail delivery, and set alarms to make your home
look occupied while you're away.
