  • At-Large Representative (originally Residential Zone 7 Representative - Term expires 2025)
    The At-Large Representative is a Stakeholder eighteen (18) years of age or older who is a resident homeowner or tenant within the Council boundaries; owns, operates, or works in a business or owns business property or residential income property within the Council boundaries; officially represents organized groups of Stakeholders within the Council boundaries; or represents an official school booster organization. Applications for this seat must be submitted no less than 10 days before the July 21, 2022 General Board meeting (Deadline July 11, 2022 @7PM.)

To encourage pet adoptions, LA Animal Services will be offering reduced adoption fees on Saturday, June 18 and Sunday, June 19, 2022 for dogs and puppies; cat and kitten adoption fees will be waived thanks to a grant from the ASPCA. Senior Emergency Meal Program

The Los Angeles Department of Aging has been working with several Council Districts one-by-one to assist in identifying constituents who are 60+ that may benefit in utilizing the Senior Emergency Meal Program.  At this time, they would like to extend outreach effort to all of our Neighborhood Councils across LA City to reach as many Older Adults as possible.

Recently, the City recently launched an emergency supplemental meal program for older adults 60+ in light of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Eligible older adults can receive up to (2) FREE meals per day delivered to their homes up until June 2022.
