Open to any Stakeholder who is at least 18 years of age at the time of the election who lives within Zone 5 of the Council boundaries. You can see the SORO NC boundaries on our Mapping SORO page.
Applications for this seat must be submitted no less than 10 days before the October 15, 2026 General Board meeting (Deadline October 5, 2026 @6:30PM.)
